SaltBox is the creation of professional chefs and brothers, Romano and Vittorio Sbrocca, natives of Boulder, Colorado. They have worked in some of Colorado's finest restaurants including Frasca, Black Cat and Kevin Taylor's at the opera house. SaltBox has a fully functional mobile kitchen and competent staff.
